Can I return an item?
Yes, our return policy provides for the ability to return or exchange items within 30 days from receipt of the order.
You can return the product in exchange for a different product or a direct refund with the original payment method.
We ask you to take note of the following conditions:
- Returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging.
- Returned items must not show signs of wear or use.
- Items must be sent in a single shipment.
- Any items that are personalized or made to measure at the request of the customer are excluded from the return.
- The items to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal.
- The return shipping costs are at your expense.
How is a return made?
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us by replying to the order confirmation or by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org Indicate the order number, the item you wish to return and briefly describe the reason for the return.
- Wait for our confirmation email.
- Fill out the return form that we will send you, print it and insert it in the package. Within 14 days of the return acceptance confirmation email, proceed to send the package to:

How long does the refund take?
As soon as we have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return.
Whatever payment method you use, the refund will be activated as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the return. The actual time for crediting or returning the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- Purchase by credit / debit card: The repayment time depends on the credit / debit card company, but usually takes place within two bank statements.
- Purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
Do you send a confirmation when you will receive the return?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund as soon as possible. If after 14 days from the shipment of the return you have not yet received a refund confirmation email from us contact us to check if your return has arrived on site.
Please note that Alisia Accessorize is not responsible for damaged or lost items. The buyer is responsible for shipping.
