I like the idea of associating Alisia's world with family. Each element that makes up our creations serves to produce something unique, as is the relationship with my children for me.

The STONES they are synonymous with strength, transparency, resistance, characteristics on which our values are based.

The WIRE it is the philosophical line on which ideas flow and our achievements and progress are threaded. It represents the coherence of our project.

The PEARLS they are like the soul, the intellectual light in the heart. They are the feminine symbol par excellence, because women are the protagonists in this creative reality.

And this is why our gaze is aimed above all at women who live intense, complicated lives every day. Who fight for their dreams and desires, who work, love, wait, hope. Women who give themselves and get involved. Each of these women can find her silver creation to wear as a manifest of herself.

 

 

NICE TO MEET YOU

WILL BE is the creator of Alisia. Passion and travel are his keywords. She loves to create at night when everything is silent, she puts on the headphones with the playlist of her heart and lets herself be carried away inspired by the inputs she gets from her trips. A lioness in nature, she defends the projects she believes in with tenacity and determination.

ELIA Sarah's son, his right arm. Its aplomb is the necessary strength to carry out the entire production machine and to face business management in its problems with ease and safety. He is kind at heart, but firm and workaholic in daily practice.

JESSICA, the first daughter, is a versatile soul, passionate about cooking and globetrotting. In the moments when he returns to the base he brings foreign influences into the creative proposals. But it is in the working breaks that it gives its best, occasionally refreshing the staff with its healthy cuisine in the periodic production marathons. In addition, with its five languages, it is Alisia's passport to the world at international trade fairs.

ALICE the youngest. With his marked dexterity, he contributes to the creation of pieces exclusively assembled by hand assisted by the production staff. It is also the gracious and courteous presence that you will find in our store in the heart of Bassano del Grappa.
