If you need to return or exchange your order, we're here to help.
Can I return an item?
Yes, our return policy allows you to return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can return the product in exchange for a different product or a direct refund to your original payment method.
We ask you to take note of the following conditions:
- Returned items must not show signs of wear or use.
- Items must be sent in a single shipment.
- Any personalized or made-to-measure items requested by the customer are excluded from returns.
- Items to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact us by replying to your order confirmation or emailing us at shop@alisia.it. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Please wait for our confirmation email.
- Complete the return form we'll send you, print it, and include it in your package. Within 14 days of receiving the return acceptance confirmation email, send the package to:

How long does it take for the refund to be processed?
As soon as we have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
Whatever payment method you used, the refund will be activated as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days of receiving the return. The actual time for the crediting or refund of the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment method used:
- Credit/debit card purchase : Refund processing time depends on your credit/debit card company, but typically occurs within two bank statements.
- Purchase via PayPal : The refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual refund to your credit card from your PayPal account depends on your card issuer.
Do you send a confirmation when you will receive the return?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund as soon as possible. If you haven't received a refund confirmation email from us within 14 days of shipping your return, please contact us to check if your return has arrived at our office.
Please note that Alisia Accessorize is not responsible for damaged or lost items. The buyer is responsible for shipping.
